JUMP-START FITNESS
The Holidays are over....It's the New Year!  As you evaluate your fitness level and your new goals for 2012, you know it's time for some changes!  We all need accountability and motivation to begin a fitness regiment.  Introducing a new program called JUMP-START FITNESS!  It's a 6-week/ 2x per week program to jump start you into action, action to take care of yourself!  You will get a challenging workout twice a week with a motivating trainer and keep a food journal to teach you good habits.
