Who We Are

One on One opened in 2005, as a small private space, where anyone could feel comfortable to come exercise!  With the realization that people either got lost in gyms, feared gyms, or repeated the same routine...we want clients to enjoy a new exercise experience! So whether you are a newbie and need a starting place, or you are a fitness enthusiast that needs to step it up and add intensity or new exercises to your program, or somewhere in between, we are here to get you going!!  We believe functional training, using all your muscles simutaneously, will get you strong and lean results!  Our trainers use various training techniques to keep you challenged from HIT to Plyometrics, dumbells to medicine balls, resistance bands to bosus, we have it all and will get you stronger than you ever imagined!
