Trail ClubTrail Club is a 8 week outdoor walk/jog/run group that meets in the Spring and Fall. It is designed for all fitness levels that need to improve their endurance and stamina. Proper form and breathing techniques are also practiced. Everyone is encouraged to participate in a 5K at the end of the season. Having this as a goal motivates and inspires you! After completion, you will feel pride and accomplishment. Spring 2012 days/times soon to be announced! Begins in April!
SeniorsJoin our classes for active adults. Strengthen your muscles to stay strong and stretch for flexibility for maintainig an active life and longevity. Mobility, balance, and range of motion are emphazied as well. 6 week sessions offered - Tues and Thurs- 12:30-1:00. 4-5 people max. $35 for 1x/wk, 60 for 2x/wk. Call for other available times. Private Training is also offered for one on one attention!
Pilates5 week mat sessions are offered for begginers and intermediate and are organized as small groups to assure a time designed for you. Each class is limited to 4-5 people to maximize individual instruction and guidance. Pilates is proven to be the ultimate core-strengthing work-out. It improves flexility, sculpts your butt, legs, back, chest and arms. Pilates works your entire body and improves your posture, so you look taller, firmer and more graceful.
Boot CampThis class is for those that want a hard, challenging work-out. It meets outside from April to October. The focus is power, strength, and agility. It includes exercises such as jump-rope, jumping jacks, sprints, suicide runs, push-ups, pull-ups, rebounding squats and lunges. Boot camp is perfect for athletes and non-athletes alike. 2012 season to start up in April!
