No Machines NEEDED!

You don't need weight machines to sculpt your muscles. Only if your entering a body building contest. At
One on One fitness, we use stability balls, resistace tubing, medicine balls, BOSU, free weights, and even your own body weight.
In doing so, you incorporate weight bearing exercises for strong bones, balance and cordination awareness, full range of motion and flexibilty, all while working multiple muscles groups to strengthen and build them. Don't forget your also building the core, which strengthens weak back and abdominal mucsles, keeps your postural muscles strong, and strengthens the hip complex.
We're only getting older, but we don't have to feel it!
Learn the exercises that are developed for you personally, and even continue them at home on your own!
