Get Motivated with Small Group Personal Training
Have you always wanted to try Personal Training but worried about expense? Small Group personal trainning is an AFFORDABLE way to get individual instruction but at a fraction of the cost. You can organize your own group of four or we can put you with other individuals looking for a group. The group can decide what areas to train such as strength training, free weights, core strength and/or flexibility. You can get the motivation you need, at a pace that's both challenging and rewarding. |

Print our monthly cardio work-out prepared by ONE ON ONE FITNESS so that you can be challenged and motivated to do your cardio work-outs on your own treadmill. Programs are approximately 30-35 minutes, including warm-up and cool-down.
This program can be done 2-3 times weekly to develop, maintain, and/or exceed current cardiovascular endurance. Cardiovascular exercise is needed in addition to strength training for significant weight loss. For more information contact us.
